Look at this photo: do you feel how your eyebrows move towards the bridge of your nose? What a judgmental look! But behind a strict appearance, a gentle heart is hidden, in fact, Giggles the cat is a sincere guy.
Giggles the cat has lived half his life on the street, eating from garbage cans and participating in life-and-death fights. When he was greeted by volunteers from Riggi’s shelter, his fluffy, striped, fur coatwas full of ticks, and the cat’s neck was decorated with wounds from other people’s teeth and claws. Kind people took the cat off the street and took it to the vet. They treated him for fleas and ticks, saved the new ward from internal passengers, castrated him – the cat will endure all trials steadfastly and with respect for the saviors. Perhaps it was the hard life on the street that made Giggles such a gloomy guy.
It’s funny, but his name is translated into Russian as “Hihiks”, or something similar. But he never changes his facial expression – Giggles is either angry or condemning the whole world. Despite the outward severity, Giggles is just a sweetheart. At the shelter, he quickly made friends with the neighbors, charmed the volunteers, and was always ready to play and purr. And, of course, such a sincere guy quickly found a new home.
Giggles found a loving family. Two more cats live with him in the house: Hobbs and Jackson, ther owners also brought them from the Riggs shelter. Giggles appreciated life in the house. He quickly gained weight, his furbecame more thickand shinyy. The cat loved boxes and played with a feather on a stick, but this guy was completely indifferent to cat treats. He adores his stepbrothers and loves his owners very much – he is always ready to turn his tummy up to be scratched.
The “evil” cat became the face of the Riggs shelter and the ambassador of all other cats. Giggles has his own Instagram, which clearly shows how the lives of people who have adopted a furry are changing for the better. He invites people to make a Christmas present and donate money to homeless animals or give a cat a home. He seems to be saying:
“Did you adopt a cat from a shelter?
