How a young girl saved the life of a hungry horse
This is a heartwarming incident about an adolescent girl who gave her assistance to a horse dying of hunger. We don’t hear about such brave actions every day, especially by an adolescent girl.
Clara from Florida and her mother were traveling by their trailer to their place of exchange. Suddenly, they saw a horse fallen in the grass near their path. The poor animal seemed to be dying of hunger.
Clara and her mother also noticed traces of horsewhip on the body of the poor horse. They realized that the owner of the horse had left him just on the path because of being useless. They were amazed at the horrible deed that a human could do.
However, Clara and her mother immediately started to give assistance to the dying animal.
They wanted to put the animal on their trailer but it wasn’t easy, and they couldn’t managed. And Clara thought another option to give assistance to the horse.
She decided to step with the horse. Although it was very hard, they did it. They walked about 8 miles to return Clara’s home. It took about 4 hours.
The family called a vet to examine the horse and did their best to save his life. Then, the horse slept 4 days. Clara and her family were worried about him.
Thanks to God the animal survived.
Clara gave the horse the name Shiny. And in fact, the horse filled Clara’s days with brightness and interest. They became close companions.
