The mummy waterbird was captured on the photo on the lake with its more than 70 babies
Brent who was a photographer lately make a picture of the waterbird with its babies which were swimming after one another. Formerly he thought they were about fifty birds but after counting in the photo it turned out that they were more than 70 nearly the same age group.
The photographer often visited them to see how they were growing. The researchers started to study this case. Some said that the duck adopted the other babies other said that it was grandmother.
Brent told that he sometimes saw other grown-up birds around but the babies did not take heed to them but just paying attention to the mother bird.
