A small pet was seen on the street wandering and a bag in the head.
It was risky for the pet as it could die from not having enough air. Fortunately the pet was fortunate to see a good natured passenger who saw him just in time.
It was not clear how it had appeared in that situation. And where it was inhabiting maybe maybe it did not have an owner and was just a stray animal.
