The animals living in refuge just wish to have permanent home and live with caring owners.
Unfortunately there are a lot of animals who need much to time to be taken from the refuge. It is really sad for them to see that their best companions are adopted and get out from the refuge but they still stay there.
The following case is about a pet which was left lonely in the animal refuge. As if it had no hope that one day it also would have lovely holders and would appear in comfy place.
The name of the dog was Kapone and it passed a lot of years in the refuge waiting one day for adoption at the shelter of Michigan.
Once it was taken from the shelter but again was returned to the same place. The poor dog was becoming thin and did not want to eat. It was in stress and the volunteers of the staff were doing their best to feed and support it.
The upsetting thing was that only Kapone was left on the refuge and there were on other animals. The staff shared the story of the dog and spouses knowing about it decided to help and got attached to it.
When seeing them the animal loved them too. They took the dog with them and now they are happy with the new family member.
