For Halloween, Paris Hilton recently recreated one of Britney Spears’s most famous Y2K looks.
Hilton dressed up as Britney Spears from her 2003 “Toxic” music video and showed up at the annual Casamigos Halloween party in Los Angeles last night. She was wearing a blue Pan Am flight attendant costume that was almost exactly the same as the one Britney wore twenty years ago.
Hilton’s sultry ensemble included a structured shoulder short-sleeved minidress with a keyhole cutout, a matching headpiece, and fingerless gloves. She accessorized with huge hanging silver earrings, aviator sunglasses, and silver metallic shoes. Paris also adopted Spears’ hairstyle, pulling her long blonde hair back into a sleek, low ponytail.
The following morning, Paris uploaded a video of herself wearing the ensemble to Britney’s song “Gimme More.” She lip-synced “it’s Britney, bitch,” twirling around at precisely the appropriate moment, and then she strode down a hallway wearing her outfit. Hilton captioned her photo, “In honor of our Queen👸🏼 Happy Halloween 🎃,” and included the hashtag #IconsOnly along with a crown emoji for good measure.
Hilton stated earlier this month that Spears’s new memoir, The Woman in Me, has her “telling her story” and that she is “so proud” of her. “I know how hard it can be doing a memoir because you have to really dive in and think about so many moments in your life that I’m sure you don’t even want to think about,” stated Paris in a conversation with People. “But it is truly such a healing experience, and writing my book has changed my life in so many ways. So I’m really hoping that she feels the same way with this.”
