All readers could not contain their emotions when they read the story about this cute cat
The image of RSPCA Canterbury Shelter was not indifferent when the first kitten opened in 2011.
The crew hadn’t thought at the time that the first kitten would never leave. Norman was discovered shot, he suffered serious wounds to all four legs in a garden. He appears to have been dragged to a shack to tend to his injuries after being beaten by a car. If he hadn’t been taken to the vet as soon as he was found in time, he would have only lived for a few hours. In a press release, RSPCA Canterbury shelter manager Beth Hixon announced the news.
Norman’s treatment and recovery took several months due to the severity of his injury.
By the time he was fully recovered, he was already well established and very happy with the shelter staff. They didn’t want him to leave, so they decided to make him their house cat.
“After he went through it all, we couldn’t bear to sever our relationship with him,” Hixson said. Norman has since become like a local celebrity and loves to greet everyone.
