The 41-year-old singer declared on Instagram late on Monday night, “Ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them.”
Jamie Lynn, Britney’s 32-year-old younger sister, has been talking candidly about their complex relationship with her reality show co-stars over the past week.
A kitten replies, “Well, she started it,” to an older cat that states, “Ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them,” in Britney’s post, which features a clip from the Disney film The Aristocats.
Over the weekend, Jamie Lynn confided in her campmate Sam Thompson, saying, “Me and [Britney] throw down.” Everyone has seen that.
Families argue, and although I’ve learned to stop discussing it in public, families still fight. We simply do it better than most, listen.
‘I can imagine she’d be worried about me out here,’ she remarked to Sam, hinting that her big sister would be concerned about her choice to participate in the demanding reality show.
She’s probably keeping a close eye on me, I believe.
She’s probably thinking, “Why would she do that?” in my opinion. “You’re really going to do it?” she asked me before I arrived here. “I’m going to go to Australia and check it out,” I declared.
