There’s an unforeseen turn to the agreement that Al Pacino and the mother of his four-month-old kid have recently reached in their court dispute.
Page Six confirms that Al Pacino and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, have reached a custody agreement for their 4-month-old son, Roman.
The Scarface actor and the Sony executive agreed on custody, visitation dates, and child support, according to court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday, though the specifics have not yet been made public.
In addition, Pacino, 83, consented to cover Alfallah’s legal expenses.
Page Six confirms that Al Pacino and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, have reached a custody agreement for their 4-month-old son, Roman.
Early in September, Alfallah filed for full custody of their kid, granting Pacino shared legal custody (meaning he would be able to influence critical decisions like health care and schooling) in exchange for “reasonable visitation” rights.
A signed “voluntary declaration of parentage,” which attests to Pacino’s paternity, was also enclosed by her.
Rumors that the pair had broken up quickly followed the custody file, but Pacino’s representative told Page Six at the time that they were still very much in love.
According to Pacino’s representative, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman.”
“They remain united.”
On June 6, Alfallah gave birth to Roman. He is Pacino’s fourth child, while hers is her first.
Along with twins Olivia and Anton, 22, and daughter Julie, 34, the Heat star is also parents to Jan Tarrant and his former partner Beverly D’Angelo.
TMZ was informed by sources that Pacino, because of his advanced age, requested a paternity test when he found out about Alfallah’s pregnancy; yet, he later described the miracle as “very special.”
As it has always been. I have a large family,” he continued. However, this is extremely unique for this time of year.
Alongside longtime friend Robert De Niro, who earlier this year welcomed a kid with fiancée Tiffany Chen, the Oscar-winning actor became a father once more.
In response to Pacino’s pregnancy announcement, De Niro, 80, remarked, “He’s a few years older than me.” God be with him.
